I've been using Gemini for a few months, now can't live without it when working on my code. It's so human sound, but can do more than most developers can do, no matter how experienced you are. We seldom hear Google mentioning AGI, but I believe they've already achieved that, given their LLMs are trained with the biggest real world knowledge base. But that doesn't mean it is infallible, the weak link is the LLM doesn't have the ability yet to run the generated code and test if it really works, so you still need to test to have a working solution. Still, the code assistant is immensely helpful, you can discuss anything with it, ask it to generate code, fix problems, improve design, suggest libs and tools, even generate i18n translations for many languages.
